Shipping & delivery

Within the Netherlands and the rest of the European Union, orders are shipped free of charge. The available carriers will be shown at checkout. A return shipment within the EU is free of charge the first time. For these orders, a return label is included. 

Member countries of the European Union are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

LaDress also ships to countries outside the European Union. A selection of countries is available at checkout, where the shipping costs are also displayed. Is the country you wish to ship to not listed? Please contact us so we can provide you with a shipping proposal. Please note: import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to international shipments. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

We ship orders five days a week. Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery and billing address has been verified.

All ordfers will be delivered to you in a eco friendly box.

In regards to an outlet purchase, you will receive your purchase within 3-5 working days - when in stock.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to select a shipping address for your order. You can ship your order to only one location. We realize that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to. Should you require assistance to do this please e-mail us and we will gladly handle your order request.

LaDress will contact you with a follow-up e-mail if the item you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.

LaDress ships worldwide. No matter where you are, we can ship products to your location. If your country is not available while placing your order, please contact us via e-mail.

We process orders from Monday to Friday and usually ship your order the same or the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:

Within the Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Within the EU: 2–5 business days
Outside the EU: 5–10 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email so you can easily follow your package.

Wherever you live, we can ship your order worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please send us an email and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please note: during sales, outlet periods, or special promotions, delivery times may take a little longer.

We insure all packages in transit from LaDress to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once the package has been signed for, it is no longer insured.

Please be careful with all the packaging and additional gifts your order has been sent with. Keep it away from children and animals, to avoid suffocation danger. Also keep it away from fire, packaging could be inflammable. LaDress cannot be held responsible for any damage or accidents caused by the packaging and/or additional gifts.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
