Currently LaDress ships every order within the European Union free of charge. Within the Netherlands your order will be shipped with the standard service of PostNL. For the rest of the European Union, your order will be send with the standard service of UPS.

LaDress also ships to countries outside the European Union. Orders outside the European Union will be send with the standard service of UPS. You can find the shipping costs per country below.

We ship orders five days a week. Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery and billing address has been verified. Orders placed up to 5.30 pm on working days will be delivered the next working day - when in stock.
Orders worth of €100,- or more will be delivered to you in our iconic LaDress giftbox, unless you choose otherwise.
In regards to an outlet purchase, you will receive your purchase in a basic eco friendly box within 3-5 working days - when in stock.
During the checkout process, you will be asked to select a shipping address for your order. You can ship your order to only one location. We realize that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to. Should you require assistance to do this please e-mail us and we will gladly handle your order request.
LaDress will contact you with a follow-up e-mail if the item you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.

We ship and deliver orders five days a week. Your order will be delivered between 9 am and 6 pm. PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday and UPS delivers from Monday to Friday. Our couriers do not deliver on Sundays and/or holidays.

We insure all packages in transit from LaDress to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once the package has been signed for, it is no longer insured.
Please be careful with all the packaging and additional gifts your order has been sent with. Keep it away from children and animals, to avoid suffocation danger. Also keep it away from fire, packaging could be inflammable. LaDress cannot be held responsible for any damage or accidents caused by the packaging and/or additional gifts.
