Gift terms and conditions

There is a limit of one gift per customer per purchases equal to or exceeding the minimum order value. Any excess gifts received must be returned using the provided return form and label. You can use the provided return label for a free return.

If you decide to return (part of) your order, and the order amount of the non-return items is lower than the minimum order amount, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not included in the return shipment, we will deduct the value of the gift from the refund.

Pop-up window does not appear

It’s possible that items were already in your shopping cart before the promotion began, preventing the option to select the gift from appearing. To select the gift, remove all items from your cart, refresh the page, and re-add the items to  your cart. Once the minimum amount is reached, a pop-up window will appear where you can choose the desired size, if available. There is also an option to select the later in your shopping cart.

I see a pop-up window, but I cannot select my size

Gift promotions are valid as long as stock lasts. If the desired size in the selection menu is crossed out, it means that the size is no longer in stock.

If the size of a free gift does not fit correctly, it is possible to exchange the gift for another size at an additional cost of 25 euros, covering handling an transport expenses incurred for the exchange. Our gift promotion apply only when placing an order through our website of in our Showroom. If you placed an order through our app and did not receive  gift, feel free to email us at info@ladress.com with your order number. Our customer service team will assist you further.
