Becoming a Member of the LaDress Loyalty Program
You qualify for the Loyalty Program when you register as a Member on this site. After your first purchase with your LaDress account, you automatically become a Member. More information about registration can be found here.
As a Member, you are entitled to a standard Member discount on purchases from the current collection, both online and in our Showroom and LaDress Pop-Up Boutiques. Discounts are applied at checkout if you are logged in. The discount percentage depends on your Loyalty status.
Member discounts do not apply to outlet items, gift vouchers, or items in the Sale, Outlet, or Sample Sale categories.
Membership Levels
LaDress offers the following Membership levels:
• Premium – from the first purchase → 5% Member discount
• Bronze – from €250 spent → 10% Member discount
• Gold – from €750 spent → 15% Member discount
• Platinum – from €2000 spent → 17.5% Member discount
• Diamond – from €4000 spent → 20% Member discount
Your Membership status is based on your net purchases on your LaDress account. A 30-day return period applies, meaning a Membership upgrade is processed 30 days after a purchase.
Example: If you make a purchase on June 10 that qualifies you for a higher Membership status and you do not return the items, your Membership status will be updated automatically on July 10.

• The gift is personal and non-transferable.
• It is provided once per year.
• It cannot be exchanged.
Changes & Other Conditions
LaDress reserves the right to change the terms and spending thresholds for Memberships at any time.
LaDress also reserves the right to:
• Close customer accounts or adjust individual Memberships.
• Make the final decision in any disputes related to the LaDress Loyalty Program (further discussion will not be possible).
• Close or remove an account from our customer database or adjust an individual Membership if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity or if the general terms and conditions have been violated.

Newsletter Subscription & Event Invitations
You can subscribe to the newsletter by registering as a Member or via the website. If you are not receiving LaDress newsletters but would like to receive event invitations or occasional updates, you can re-subscribe and adjust your preferences via this link.
If you are already subscribed but wish to update your preferences, you can do so by clicking the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of any LaDress newsletter. A webpage will open where you can modify the frequency of the newsletter or unsubscribe completely.
To make purchases through this website, you are required to register and provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, email address, and other required details. When placing an order, you will also be asked to provide payment information, and you guarantee that the payment details you provide are both valid and correct. By doing so, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the provided billing details.
This website is available exclusively to individuals who comply with LaDress' general terms and conditions. Only customers who own a valid credit card or bank account, issued by a recognized bank and accepted by LaDress, can place orders.
All orders are subject to approval by LaDress, and LaDress is authorized to charge the total amount of an order to the customer's credit card or bank account. LaDress reserves the right to limit the quantity of a product shipped to a single customer or address.
By placing an order, you explicitly authorize us to periodically conduct credit checks and, where necessary, request or share information (including updates) with third parties. This may include, but is not limited to:
• Your credit card number
• Your credit information
• Credit details of your spouse (if you live in a jurisdiction where shared financial responsibility applies)
This is done to verify your identity, assess your credit card validity, obtain initial payment authorization, and approve transactions.
Additionally, you agree that we may use the personal data you provide for anti-fraud checks. Your data may be shared with credit agencies or fraud prevention organizations, which may retain this information. For more details on how we use your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy .
We strive to provide high-quality products. We offer a one-year warranty from the purchase date for any product that exhibits a manufacturing defect. In such cases, we will either:
• Repair the product, or
• Reimburse the repair costs, or
• Replace the product, or
• Offer a gift voucher equivalent to the purchase value of the defective product.
LaDress will determine whether a product qualifies as defective. Free gifts are not covered under warranty.
If the damage to the product is caused by you, you are not entitled to a free repair, replacement, or gift voucher. Similarly, if a product is worn out due to normal use, you are not eligible for free repairs, a new product, or any other form of compensation.

LaDress may offer a gift for a limited time when you make a purchase that meets a minimum order amount. The following conditions apply to such gifts:
Maximum Number of Gifts per Customer
Each customer is entitled to one gift per order that meets the required spending threshold. Excess gifts received must be returned free of charge using the provided return form and label.
If LaDress identifies that multiple gifts have been obtained through separate orders, LaDress reserves the right to retroactively revoke the gift. Additionally, the customer's Membership status will be downgraded to Premium.
Exchanging a Gift
If the size of a free gift does not fit properly, you may exchange it once for a different size for a fee of €25. This fee covers handling and shipping costs.

Gift Availability – Showroom & Online Only
Gift promotions apply only to orders placed via our website, Showroom, or LaDress Pop-up Boutiques.
If you placed an order via the app and did not receive your gift, please contact us at info@ladress.com with your order number. Our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you.
Gift Return Policy
If you return part or all of your order and the remaining total order amount falls below the gift threshold, the gift must also be returned.
If the gift is not included in the return package, LaDress will deduct the retail value of the gift from the refund amount.

LaDress offers products for sale that are in stock and available for shipment from our inventory.
It may happen that we are unable to deliver selected items due to production issues or quality control problems when an order is received. In such cases, we will inform you via email and refund the payment to your credit card or bank account within five business days after notifying you of the unavailability of the items.
Please note: Items placed in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. This means that when you reload the site, some items in your cart may no longer be available.
All orders are subject to approval and availability. All prices include 21% VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of data entry. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice until both parties have agreed on the contents of the agreement.
Customers purchasing from a country outside the European Union are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office to determine the final cost of your desired item before completing your purchase.
Once you have made a selection and placed an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email does not constitute approval of the order; it is merely an acknowledgment of receipt.
Unless you cancel the order, approval of the order and the establishment of an agreement between you and LaDress will be completed when we send you an email confirming the shipment of the items.
We reserve the right to decline an order if, for example, we do not obtain payment authorization, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item is out of stock or does not meet our quality standards and is withdrawn, or if you do not meet the purchase conditions as outlined in the general terms and conditions. If payment has already been made for an order that we reject, we will refund the amount paid. This is usually done automatically to the account used for the payment. If that is not possible, our Customer Service team will contact you.
We also reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, to refuse to process or approve a transaction at our sole discretion. We are not liable to you or any third party for:
(i) withdrawing items from ladress.com, whether or not the item has been sold;
(ii) removing, screening, or editing materials or content on ladress.com;
(iii) refusing to process a transaction; or
(iv) canceling or suspending transactions after processing has begun.
Payments can be made using credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), iDeal, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Belfius, EPS, or by redeeming a LaDress gift voucher.
You confirm that the credit card or bank card you are using belongs to you or that you have been specifically authorized by the card owner to use it. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and approval by the issuing institution. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorize the payment to LaDress, we are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery.
We take all reasonable precautions to secure ladress.com. All bank transactions on ladress.com are processed via Mollie, a secure online payment module that encrypts card details within a protected hosting environment.
To ensure your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, LaDress uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
In addition to SSL encryption, PaySquare uses 3-D Secure, which provides an extra layer of security when placing an order. It protects you from unauthorized use of your credit card by requiring identity verification before completing the payment.

Please handle all packaging and any additional gifts included with your order with care. Keep them out of reach of children and animals to avoid choking hazards. Also, keep them away from fire, as packaging materials may be flammable. LaDress cannot be held liable for any damage or accidents caused by packaging and/or additional gifts.
We insure every purchase during transit until it has been delivered to you. Proof of delivery from the shipping service you selected at checkout serves as confirmation of delivery, fulfillment by LaDress, and the transfer of responsibility as stated above.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM within 24 hours. Orders placed after this time will be packed and handed over to the chosen shipping service on the next business day. Estimated delivery times should be considered as guidelines and apply from the date of dispatch. LaDress is not responsible for delays caused by the selected shipping service or customs processing at the destination.
After receiving your order confirmation, you will receive an email from your selected shipping service with a tracking link. This will allow you to check the status of your package delivery.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your items, you can return your order within 30 days from the date you received your items. To receive a refund to your credit card or bank account, please follow the instructions below. If you need assistance, you can email info@ladress.com.
The item you return must be new, unused, and unworn, accompanied by the original packaging and all attached clothing tags. All properly returned items will be refunded to the credit card or bank account of the original purchaser, excluding taxes and import duties.
New and unused means that there are no signs of wear on the item or its tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept returns if there are any signs of wear. In such cases, the item will be returned to the buyer.
LaDress is not responsible for items returned in a manner different from the above instructions.

You confirm that your use of this website does not create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and LaDress. You agree not to represent yourself as a LaDress representative, and we are not liable for any of your statements, actions, or omissions.
These General Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the parties and replace all previous and ongoing agreements between you and LaDress.
