At LaDress we of course hope that you are completely happy with your item(s). If you are not, for any reason, you can return your items on the basis of the return conditions below. If you wish to contact us about an item or return, please do. We are happy to help.

We accept returns that are received at our warehouse within 30 days from the day of the delivery of the item(s). You can use the return form and, if provided, the return label that was provided with your order. Please follow the instructions on the return form when sending your return. If no return form was included in your order, please contact us.

LaDress is free to accept or reject items returned outside of the above-mentioned term.

Returns from within the EU of items in the current collection with a purchase amount over EUR 100 are free of charge the first time. A return label is provided with these orders. LaDress does not reimburse return costs for other items or shipments.

Please note: For orders below €100 additional shipping and return costs are in place. Returns of sale and outlet purchases are also at your own cost.

We only accept returns of items purchased through or at one of our brand boutiques or at our showroom.

Occasionally we offer a gift as of a certain purchase amount. If you decide to return your order and your unreturned items do no longer reach the gift purchase amount threshold, the gift should be returned too. If not, we will deduct the quoted sales value of the gift from your refund amount.

LaDress will not accept returns for any faulty items that have been worn and/or have tags removed. If you receive an order with an item without a tag or that is otherwise faulty, please notify us (by e-mail) on the day of receipt. We advise you to check garments upon delivery and before removing an attached tag.

Please note that international import duties and other charges levied on shipments outside the EU are not reimbursed by LaDress.

In order to facilitate the return of your items, we must receive the return within 30 days from the day of the delivery of the item(s). Please note: have you placed an order on your account and did you choose to pay afterwards? In that case a return period of 14 days applies.

In order to return, you need to fill in the return form, which you can find in the package. Then follow the instructions on the return form.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include a completed return form. It is recommended that you ship your return via a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that it does not get lost.

We offer a free return service within the European Union, if followed the instructions on the return form. We offer a free return and exchange service one time per order. Please note: For orders below €99 additional shipping and return costs are in place. Returns of outlet purchases and other discounted products, are also at your own cost. For every second return within the same order, extra shipping costs will be charged. If you decide to return the package in any other way, any and all shipping charges related to returning the package to LaDress must be prepaid. Please be aware that International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union.

In order to facilitate the return of faulty items, please fill in the return form. Then follow the instructions on the return form. Faulty items will only be accepted if the delivered goods are damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 3 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. When possible items may be repaired on request but only when such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.

We occasionally treat our customers to a gift with purchase. If you decide to return your order, we kindly ask you to return the gift too.

Please note: you will not receive a gift with your outlet purchase. Giftvouchers and/or discount codes are not accepted on outlet purchases.

1. Add a copy of the invoice and a completed return form
2. Important: place the UPS return sticker on the box
3. Please call your local UPS
4. UPS will pick up the package at the address you provided
5. You will receive a confirmation email after your returned items have been received

Refunds will be made within 10 weekdays after your return has been processed. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. As previously stated, International custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union. Neither are shipping or return costs.

Once our returns department has received your package, your refund will be processed, using the original form of payment, within 10 weekdays. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction once they have received the information from us.
