Our LaDress Loyalty Program is specifically designed for our loyal customers. By keeping track of all your purchases, your Membership status will automatically increase as your purchases grow. This will allow you to enjoy increasing discounts on our entire (current) collection! 

Our memberships are based on net purchases made with your customer account and consist of the following tiers: Premium Membership that gives 5% discount, a Bronze Membership with 10% discount, a Gold Membership with 15% discount and the Diamond Membership with a 20% discount.

A Membership status is linked to a specific customer card. If you have created multiple customer cards in the past, your Membership status may not match the total number of purchases made across different cards. Sample Sale purchases do not count towards a Membership status.

After the return period of your order has expired, your Membership will be adjusted based on your balance.

Your discount applies to all items, except for sale and outlet items.

Yes, you can use a giftvoucher in addition to your Member discount.

You can check your Membership Status by signing in to your account on our website or app. On our website, the sign-in button is located in the top right corner. In the app, your Membership Status will be visible after adding an item to your cart. If you need further information about your membership, our Customer Service team is happy to help. 

Once you increase in Membership value with the last purchase, your Membership status will automatically be updated 30 days after the purchase. If this is not the case, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team, they will be happy to help you.

Yes, we have made an exception for promotion codes starting with HBD; you can use that code in combination with your Member discount.

To add a product to your shopping bag, first select your size (if applicable) and click on 'Add to shopping bag'. Review the item(s) in your shopping bag by clicking on the shopping bag icon on the top of the page. You have the option to delete items by clicking on the trash can icon. You may click on 'Continue shopping' to continue browsing, or if you are ready to check out, click on 'Secure checkout'.

Finalize your purchase. For non-registered customers, please register. Make sure you fill out all fields. If you have already registered with us, simply login using your e-mail address and the password you created for the account.

Select your preferred payment method. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), iDeal from your online banking account, Maestro, Bank transfer, Paypal, Bancontact, Sofort, Giropay or by redeeming a gift card. Please carefully read our terms and conditions prior to placing your order.

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this to third parties.

To register at LaDress we will need to know your name, e-mail address, gender and telephone number. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address and payment information. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.

To find out your size view our size guide. Or you can order our size guide and tape measure and have it delivered at your doorstep. Just send an e-mail to info@ladress.com. Should you be unhappy with the fit of a particular purchase, you can return the item or exchange it for a different size. Please follow the instructions listed under our return and exchange policy.

Yes. Please e-mail us at info@ladress.com and let us know that you'd like to send the item as a gift. The gift will be sent without an invoice to delivery addresses within the European Union. Please note that due to customs restrictions, we must include an invoice on all international orders. The invoice will be placed in an envelope outside the gift packaging.

All items are in stock unless communicated otherwise in the size bar or at the details section. Some items may have a delivery time. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, another customer can still purchase it until you have completed your order.
You are able to place an order for the size you would like to order when the size option is still black. If you are not able to select the size option, this is due to the fact the item has limited availability. It will most likely not be delivered back in stock.
Sometimes when items are temporarily sold out, a delivery time is communicated at the detail section. You are able to place a pre-order. As soon as the requested item is back in stock we will send it your way.

As soon as your order is back in stock we will send it your way. If you are no longer interested in the item once it is back in stock you are able to cancel the pre-order. Have a question regarding delivery time? Please send an e-mail to info@ladress.com.

You will be informed about the time period you have to wait before the item can be send to you. As soon as the item is back in stock we will send the item to you and you will receive a shipping confirmation. Pre-orders will be back in stock within six weeks. There is no guarantee that pre-order items will be back in stock.

We aim to offer you the highest quality products. We offer warranty when a product has a production default up to a year from the date of purchase. If there is something wrong with your item, please inform us via e-mail or by telephone +31 20 240 73 77.

Most products are available in our whole size range, from size XXS to XXL.

We only offer a repairs service if your item has a production defect. We do not accept other impairments.

Besides SSL encryption, PaySquare makes use of 3-D Secure. 3-D Secure represents an extra level of security for you when placing an order. It protects you against misuse of your credit card number, because you confirm your identity first, before you make the payment. Only if you are the legal owner can your credit card be used to make an Internet payment.

The gift voucher code will be written on the certificate in the e-mail notification or on the printed giftcard. Enter the gift voucher code during the checkout process. If the gift voucher amount exceeds the order total, a new gift voucher will be e-mailed with the redeeming balance to be used on future orders.
If you are having any problems redeeming your gift voucher, please send an e-mail to info@ladress.com. We will not be able to apply a gift voucher to your purchase after it is completed. Gift voucher presented after purchase will not be accepted.

International shipments, outside the European Union, may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Inside the European Union 21% VAT is mandatory, which is included in the price. Custom policies vary widely between countries. Please contact your local customs office for further information. To ensure quick delivery to you, any custom duties and taxes imposed by your government will be paid by you.

Currently LaDress ships every order within the European Union free of charge with a standard service. For countries outside the European Union, shipping costs will be charged. Orders with a shipping destination within the Netherlands will be shipped with PostNL. Orders with a shipping destination outside the Netherlands will be shipped with UPS.

Once your order has been shipped, orders within The Netherlands usually take 48 hours to be delivered.

PostNL delivers the packages on weekdays and on Saturdays. UPS delivers the packages from Monday to Friday. Delivery times do not include Sundays and public holidays.

We insure all packages in transit from LaDress to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once the package has been signed for, it is no longer insured.

No. Gift vouchers are valid for one year onward from date of purchase and cannot be returned. The total value can also be redeemed in parts on various orders.

It may take a few days between receiving your returned merchandise and processing the return
 
Typically, there is a 3-day period between the receipt of your returned items and the processing of your return. After that, the refund will be issued as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days, to the account that was used to pay for the order. The amount for all undamaged, correctly returned items will be credited to the credit card or bank account of the original purchaser.
 
This refund will appear under the name 'STG Mollie Payments'; in the description, you can see that it is a refund from LaDress. Please note that the processing of this payment by your financial institution may also take some time. If you do not receive your refund within the aforementioned timeframe, please feel free to contact our Customer Service department. They will be happy to assist you.
 
If the recipient of the item is not the purchaser, the amount will be refunded to the original buyer and the owner of the credit card.
 
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union.

You can apply for a Business Membership via . Please send your request with company and invoice details and we will contact you as soon as possible.

You can log in to your Business account via our website ladress.com. You will get to the sign-in page by clicking “sign in” in the top-right corner of the home page. You can fill in your details on the login page and register as returning customer.

As soon as you are logged in, you will automatically see the discount of your Business Membership.

As a Business Member you can order all styles, excluding Sale or Outlet items, with a 20% discount. In addition, we have designated business styles, that can be found on the category page Corporate fashion.

These styles, in the colors black, midnight blue, navy and ecru, will be in stock and will stay in our collection. This makes the business styles perfectly suitable as staff or corporate clothing. You will find the LaDress business styles here.

If you want, you can place large orders online as long as our stock allows this. In case we have insufficient stock, or if you would like to discuss, feel free to contact us via corporate@ladress.com.

Yes we do! The Business Membership will make ordering for our Business customers easier and faster. Naturally, Business Members can always contact us for styling advice and fitting sessions. We would love to discuss the possible options!
