20 jaar geleden ontstond LaDress en dat willen we heel graag met onze klanten vieren! Als grote kick-off van dit feestjaar, organiseren we het LaDress Summer Festival van donderdag 12 juni t/m zaterdag 14 juni (met op woensdag 11 juni de VIP-avond!). Tijdens het Summer Festival is er onze Sample Sale, LaSale, in een heel nieuw jasje! Je vindt op LaSale een prachtige collectie (met nieuwe toevoegingen!) van pakken tot tops tot jurken en met kortingen tot wel 80%! En naast slagen op de Sample Sale, kan je tijdens het Festival op de LaDress Beach relaxen met een drankje, de current collectie passen en shoppen in de LaDress Pop-up Boutique, zijn er leuke prijzen te winnen en is er nog veel meer! Het LaDress Summer Festival heeft gratis toegang, het enige wat wij vragen is dat je een ticket hebt. Je kan je hier registreren.

Het LaDress Summer Festival is op een van Simone’s favoriete plekken in Amsterdam: de Hangar. Een heerlijke, relaxte locatie aan ’t IJ, waar je volop kan genieten! Het adres van de Hangar is Aambeeldstraat 36, 1021 KB Amsterdam. Meer informatie over bereikbaarheid en parkeren vind je hier.

Het LaDress Summer Festival heeft gratis toegang, het enige wat wij vragen is dat je een ticket hebt. Je kan je registreren via de link op onze site. Hapjes en drankjes zijn voor eigen rekening.
Het LaSale ticket geeft toegang tot het Summer Festival en LaDress Beach, voor toegang LaDress Pop-up Boutique kan je je separaat inschrijven.

De LaDress Pop-up Boutique is kleiner en intiemer dan LaSale en onze stylistes zijn er om je styling advies te geven. Dat betekent ook dat je een apart kaartje nodig hebt voor de Pop-up Boutique. Je kan je hier inschrijven voor de Pop-up Boutique.

Jazeker, het is juist superleuk om dit samen met een vriendin te doen! We vragen alleen dat diegene een eigen ticket heeft. Je kan de door jou ontvangen link doorsturen voor de inschrijving of je plus one kan zich hier inschrijven.

Je kan je tijdslot wijzigen via een link in de mail bij je e-ticket. Lukt dat niet? Neem dan gerust contact met ons op.
Ja, de LaSale items worden gedurende de dag aangevuld.
Voor LaSale is er een grote afgesloten pasruimte. Bij de Pop-up Boutique zijn er individuele paskamers.
Alle betaalmethoden worden geaccepteerd op het Summer Festival.
Andere aanbiedingen, gifts, giftvouchers en Member kortingen zijn niet van toepassing op LaSale aankopen. Je kan ze wel inzetten in de Pop-up Boutique. Bovendien geldt er bij de Pop-up Boutique een aantrekkelijke event korting op de huidige collectie.
LaSale items kunnen niet geruild of geretourneerd worden, ook niet als een item niet past of een beschadiging heeft. Voor items die je koop in de Pop-up Boutique geldt ons normale retourbeleid.

Should you be unhappy with the fit of a particular purchase, you can return the item or exchange it for a different size. Please follow the instructions listed under our return and exchange policy.

Yes. Please e-mail us at info@ladress.com and let us know that you'd like to send the item as a gift. The gift will be sent without an invoice to delivery addresses within the European Union. Please note that due to customs restrictions, we must include an invoice on all international orders. The invoice will be placed in an envelope outside the gift packaging.

All items are in stock unless communicated otherwise in the size bar or at the details section. Some items may have a delivery time. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, another customer can still purchase it until you have completed your order.
You are able to place an order for the size you would like to order when the size option is still black. If you are not able to select the size option, this is due to the fact the item has limited availability. It will most likely not be delivered back in stock.
Sometimes when items are temporarily sold out, a delivery time is communicated at the detail section. You are able to place a pre-order. As soon as the requested item is back in stock we will send it your way.

Most products are available in our whole size range, from size XXS to XXL.

We only offer a repairs service if your item has a production defect. We do not accept other impairments.

The gift voucher code will be written on the certificate in the e-mail notification or on the printed giftcard. Enter the gift voucher code during the checkout process. If the gift voucher amount exceeds the order total, a new gift voucher will be e-mailed with the redeeming balance to be used on future orders.
If you are having any problems redeeming your gift voucher, please send an e-mail to info@ladress.com. We will not be able to apply a gift voucher to your purchase after it is completed. Gift voucher presented after purchase will not be accepted.

International shipments, outside the European Union, may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Inside the European Union 21% VAT is mandatory, which is included in the price. Custom policies vary widely between countries. Please contact your local customs office for further information. To ensure quick delivery to you, any custom duties and taxes imposed by your government will be paid by you.

Currently LaDress ships every order of €99 or more within the European Union free of charge with a standard service. For all orders below €99 and for countries outside the European Union, shipping costs will be charged. Orders with a shipping destination within the Netherlands will be shipped with PostNL. Orders with a shipping destination outside the Netherlands will be shipped with UPS.

No. Gift vouchers are valid for one year onward from date of purchase and cannot be returned. The total value can also be redeemed in parts on various orders.

We can refund the amount to your credit card or to your bank account.

A time frame of a few days can pass between the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return process. The refund will be made within a time frame of maximum 10 working days. Normally credit appears within two months statements of credit cards. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and the credit card holder. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union.

You can log in to your Business account via our website ladress.com. You will get to the sign-in page by clicking “sign in” in the top-right corner of the home page. You can fill in your details on the login page and register as returning customer.

As soon as you are logged in, you will automatically see the discount of your Business Membership.

As a Business Member you can order all styles, excluding Sale or Outlet items, with a 20% discount. In addition, we have designated business styles, that can be found on the category page Corporate fashion.

These styles, in the colors black, midnight blue, navy and ecru, will be in stock and will stay in our collection. This makes the business styles perfectly suitable as staff or corporate clothing. You will find the LaDress business styles here.

If you want, you can place large orders online as long as our stock allows this. In case we have insufficient stock, or if you would like to discuss, feel free to contact us via corporate@ladress.com.
