Exactly what personal information may be collected about you and how?
When you place an order or register for a service offered by LaDress, we collect personal information. When creating an account or placing an order we ask you for your first and last name, your e-mail adress and phone numbers, home address and your date of birth. All of the details described above allow us to process your order and let you know the status of your order.
Credit card details are entered directly into our payment partner's systems and are neither transmitted nor held on our systems. Additionally we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks.
Non-personal information
Our system also may gather non-personal information like the areas you visit on our site, times and volume of use, traffic data, including logs, details of networks as well as the IP address you use to connect to our site. You must register before you place an order. We will provide a link to the Privacy and security statement and consent button for the collection of your personal data.
We offer you at all times the opportunity to opt-out of any service. Any e-mail we send contains an automated op-out link. If you wish to remove your personal data from out database all together, you can send an e-mail to info@ladress.com.
How can you change your personal data?
If you would like to change your personal information at LaDress.com, Sign in to your account using the Sign in menu on the homepage. Your account will appear and you can change your personal data.
Only you, or at your request the customer care department, can change your personal data. You can contact us by e-mail at info@ladress.com and we will revise your personal details.
How does LaDress safeguard my personal data?
LaDress has implemented a variety of security measures to maintain in the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind a secured network. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. In addition, we take reasonable steps to ensure that third-party business partners to whom we may transfer data will provide sufficient protection of that personal information.
