LaDress wants you to be completely happy with your item(s). If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone +31 20 240 73 77.
If you want to exchange an item for another size please email us the size you want to have, so we can reserve it for you, when in stock. Whether an item can be exchanged depends on its availability. The new item can only be sent after the returned items have been received and have undergone quality control.
There are no extra costs involved for exchanging products the first time. In the case of a standard shipment, we will not charge additional shipping costs for the shipping of the LaDress item to the shipping address within the Netherlands for the first time. For every second return and/or exchange within the same order, extra shipping costs will be charged. If the amount exceeds the original order, you will receive an additional invoice. If the amount is less than the original order, you will be refunded.
Returns of outlet purchases are at your own cost.
The exchange / return value is determined on the basis of the most current purchase price of the item of clothing.
We only accept returns of items purchased through this website or at our Brand Boutiques.
Due to security restrictions, we can not pay more than the purchase price of the item.
You receive one gift per order. If you decide to return your order, we kindly ask you to return the gift too.
LaDress is free to accept or reject items returned outside of the above-mentioned term.
LaDress will not accept returns for any faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received without a tag, you should notify us (by email) on the same day if you wish to return. We strongly advise you to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
