A maximum of one gift per customer applies when the minimum spending threshold is met. Any extra gifts received must be returned free of charge using the provided return form and label. If the gift is not included in the return shipment, we will deduct the retail value of the gift from your refund. There is no limit on the number of combi-deals per customer.
Occasionally, we offer combi-deals. This means that with a certain purchase, you can buy another item at a reduced price. Special return conditions apply in these cases. If you decide to return (part of) your combi-deal order, the promotional conditions will no longer apply, and the original sale price of the specially priced item will take effect. This amount will be deducted from your refund. The same conditions apply to orders placed during a free gift promotion period. Occasionally, we offer a gift with purchases above a certain order value, referred to as the gift minimum order amount. If you decide to return part of your order and the remaining order value is below the gift minimum order amount, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not included in the return shipment, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Happy Birthday Voucher
Once a year, you will receive a voucher in the form of a promotion code for your birthday. This voucher can be used once and may be combined with your membership discount. The promotion code is not valid on sale or outlet items.
How long is my Happy Birthday voucher valid?
The promotion code is valid from two weeks before until two weeks after your birthday.
I cannot enter my promotion code – what can I do?
You can enter your promotion code in the shopping cart under the section “promotion code” before proceeding to checkout. It is not possible to apply a promotion code after payment has been completed.

If the size of a free gift or a combi-deal item doesn't fit properly, it is possible to exchange the item for a different size at an additional cost of €25. This fee covers the handling and shipping costs associated with the exchange. If you would like to make use of this option, you can send an email to info@ladress.com. Pop up does not appear
It's possible that there were already items in your shopping cart before the promotion started. As a result, the option to select a gift may not appear. To resolve this, you can remove all items from your cart, refresh the page, and then add the items back to your cart. Once the spending threshold is met, a pop-up window will appear allowing you to select your preferred size if available.
Alternatively, there is also an option to select the size later within the shopping cart.
I see a pop-up window, but I cannot select my size
Free gift promotions are valid while stocks last. If your desired size is shown as unavailable or crossed out in the selection menu, this means that the size is no longer in stock.
