Our company

Founded in 2006, LaDress became known for creating the perfect outfit for every occasion. That same year, Simone van Trojen started her initially online-only business from home. At the time the collection consisted of just one dress, available in four colors.

Today, LaDress is much more than that single dress, it has grown into a well-known and versatile label with the same guiding principle: creating washable, wrinkle-free couture with the perfect fit, offering elegance to every woman.

LaDress is sold via LaDress.com and in the Showroom at our headquarters in Amsterdam, De Lairessestraat 109. The showroom is open from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm.

The founder

Simone van Trojen had a dream that turned into a beautiful adventure. After completing her law degree, Simone worked for several years as a corporate executive. For years, she searched for that one versatile dress that would suit the many roles she fulfilled. This search led her in 2006 to create her own dream dress: LaDress.
