Gift terms and conditions

A maximum of one gift per customer applies when the minimum spending threshold is met. Any extra gifts received must be returned free of charge using the provided return form and label.
If the gift is not included in the return shipment, we will deduct the retail value of the gift from your refund.
There is no limit on the number of combi-deals per customer.

Occasionally, we offer combi-deals. This means that with a certain purchase, you can buy another item at a reduced price. Special return conditions apply in these cases.
If you decide to return (part of) your combi-deal order, the promotional conditions will no longer apply, and the original sale price of the specially priced item will take effect. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Pop up does not appear 

It's possible that there were already items in your shopping cart before the promotion started. As a result, the option to select a gift may not appear. To resolve this, you can remove all items from your cart, refresh the page, and then add the items back to your cart. Once the spending threshold is met, a pop-up window will appear allowing you to select your preferred size—if available.

Alternatively, there is also an option to select the size later within the shopping cart.

I see a pop-up window, but I cannot select my size

If your desired size is crossed out in the gift selection menu, it means that size is no longer in stock.

Stock and availability

The gift and combi-deal promotions are valid while supplies last. If you desired size in a combi-deal is unavailable, you can send an email to info@ladress.com. Our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you. 

If the size of a free gift or a combi-deal item doesn't fit properly, it is possible to exchange the item for a different size at an additional cost of €25. This fee covers the handling and shipping costs associated with the exchange. If you would like to make use of this option, you can send an email to info@ladress.com.
