What could be more rejuvenating than a cleansing ritual? After days and days of overindulging in food and drinks your body is in need of a good thorough clean up.

Here are a few tips which are easy to incorporate in your daily routine:
Hot water with a squeeze of lemon or a slice of ginger should be the first thing you drink in the morning. This flushes out toxins and ensures a better digestion.

Scrub you skin with a soft, dry brush made of natural bristles. Simply rub down the length of the body to stimulate blood circulation, invigorate the skin and most importantly, cleanse the entire lymphatic system.

Try fasting. Find a day, or if you dare more, a few days when you only eat fruit and vegetable products. There are a great variety of fruit juices and dishes that consist of only vegetables.
