You can also return it and receive a full cash back, so no gift vouchers or only partial refunds. As long as the dress was not worn or shortened we will make sure you are not left feeling disappointed.

So how to return your order? With every order we send out we include a return form. Just fill out this form and send us back the order. If you don't have the return form anymore, you can contact us at returns@ladress.com. You will receive a new one. For more information read our return and exchange policy.
