Our products
LaDress sells the perfect dress for any occasion. Additional to these dresses you can find among others pleated pants, skinny pants and cardigans. To view the complete collection of our dresses click here. To view the Combine LaDress products click here.
Our products are only available through www.LaDress.com, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.
We use fabrics such as silk, wool, polyamide, polyester, cotton and leather. We aim to offer you the highest quality products. If there is something wrong with your product, we are always ready to help you. Please send an email to info@ladress.com with your questions.
How to shop
You can either shop by color, fabric or model using the navigation at the top of the Shop. Click on the image to access the product detail page for specific information. Please note that prices shown are in Euros, including 21% VAT. LaDress does not handle shipping costs for standard shipments in The Netherlands.
o To add a product to your cart, first select your size (if applicable) and click on 'Add to bag'.
o Review the item(s) in your shopping bag by clicking on 'Check out'. You have the option to delete items by clicking on 'Remove'.
o You may click on 'Continue shopping' to continue browsing, or if you are ready to check out, click on 'Check out'.
o Finalize your purchase. For non-registered customers, please register. Make sure you fill out all fields. If you have already registered with us, login using your email address and the password you created for the account.
o Select your preferred payment method. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), iDeal from your online banking account, Maestro, Banktransfer, or by redeeming a giftvoucher.

Safety
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we sell or rent this.
To register at LaDress we will need to know your name, email address, gender and telephone number. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address and payment information. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.
For your own security and protection, if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious or out of the ordinary regarding your order, we will call or email you to verify your information.

All sensitive/credit information supplied by you is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts your information before it is sent to us to protect the information from unauthorized use.
Besides SSL encryption, PaySquare makes use of 3-D Secure. 3-D Secure represents an extra level of security for you when placing an order. It protects you against misuse of your credit card number, because you confirm your identity first, before you make the payment. Only if you are the legal owner can your credit card be used to make an Internet payment.
We take every possible measure to ensure that business partners who receive information from us provide adequate protection for your data.
Order received
After you place your order, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Once your credit has been approved, the receiving address has been verified and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped. You will receive another email notifying you if any of the items you have ordered are not in stock.
Cancellations
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make modifications to the order including cancellations.

Sizing information
Different countries have different sizing systems. In order to simplify things, we have interpreted the various Dutch, German, British, French, Italian, and American sizes into a standardized XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL system. To find out your size view our Size guide. Should you be unhappy with the fit of a particular purchase, you can return the item or exchange it for a different size.

Pre-orders
Sometimes products are temporarily sold out. A pop-up will appear, which contains information about the delivery of the product. You are able to place a pre-order by clicking on the 'Ok' button and complete the order as usual. Pre-orders are always non-committal.
We will notify you by email about the delivery time. As soon as the requested item is back in stock we will inform you and reserve the item for you.

Giftvouchers
Giftvouchers are a perfect gift! They can be emailed to the recipient through our website or a printed giftvoucher can be send to the recipient. Giftvouchers are available in several amounts.
How to purchase
Giftvouchers are available for purchase from our Giftvoucher page. Giftvouchers expire one year from the issue date.
How to redeem
The giftvoucher code will be written on the certificate in the email notification or on the printed giftvoucher. Enter the giftvoucher code during the checkout process. If the giftvoucher amount exceeds the order total, a new giftvoucher will be emailed with the remaining balance to be redeemed on your next purchase.
If you are having any problems redeeming your giftvoucher, please send us an email. Giftvouchers presented after purchase will not be accepted.
Giftvouchers are non-refundable.
You can only use 1 giftvoucher per order.
Giftvouchers can not be redeemed against products in our LaDress Outlet.
