We use fabrics such as silk, wool, polyamide, polyester, cotton and leather. We aim to offer you the highest quality products. If there is something wrong with your product, we are always ready to help you. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your questions.
We are able to make the dress shorter up to one month after purchase without any additional charges.
You can either shop by color, fabric or model using the navigation at the top of the Shop. Click on the image to access the product detail page for specific information. Please note that prices shown are in Euros, including 19% VAT. LaDress does not handle shipping costs for standard shipments.

o Review the item(s) in your shopping bag by clicking on 'Check out'. You have the option to delete items by clicking on 'Remove'.
o You may click on 'Continue shopping' to continue browsing, or if you are ready to check out, click on 'Check out'.
o Finalize your purchase. For non-registered customers, please register. Make sure you fill out all fields. If you have already registered with us, login using your e-mail address and the password you created for the account.
o Select your preferred payment method. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), iDeal from your online banking account, Maestro, Banktransfer, or by redeeming a giftvoucher.

To register at LaDress we will need to know your name, e-mail address, gender and telephone number. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address and payment information. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.
For your own security and protection, if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious or out of the ordinary regarding your order, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information.

After you place your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Once your credit has been approved, the receiving address has been verified and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped. You will receive another e-mail notifying you if any of the items you have ordered are not in stock.

Different countries have different sizing systems. In order to simplify things, we have interpreted the various Dutch, German, British, French, Italian, and American sizes into a standardized XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL system. To find out your size view our Size guide. Should you be unhappy with the fit of a particular purchase, you can return the item or exchange it for a different size.

Sometimes products are temporarily sold out. You are able to place a pre-order by clicking on the 'Pre-order button'. Please fill in all requested information. Pre-orders are always non-committal.
We will notify you by e-mail about the delivery time. As soon as the requested item is back in stock we will inform you and reserve the item for you.

Giftvouchers are a perfect gift! They can be e-mailed to the recipient through our website or a printed giftvoucher can be send to the recipient. Giftvouchers are available in several amounts.
Giftcards are available for purchase from our Giftcards page. Giftcards expire one year from the issue date.
The giftvoucher code will be written on the certificate in the e-mail notification or on the printed giftvoucher. Enter the giftvoucher code during the checkout process. If the giftvoucher amount exceeds the order total, a new giftvoucher will be e-mailed with the remaining balance to be redeemed on your next purchase.
If you are having any problems redeeming your giftvoucher, please send us an e-mail. Giftvouchers presented after purchase will not be accepted.
Giftvouchers are non-refundable.
