Return and exchange policy
LaDress wants you to be completely happy with your item(s). If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@ladress.com or call us at +31 (0)20 528 50 28.

LaDress guarantees that you will receive your purchase within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If LaDress exceeds this term of 30 days, you have the right to cancel your purchase without any additional costs.

In order to facilitate the exchange or return of your items please fill in the return form. Then follow the instructions on the return form and detailed below. For returns of faulty items please follow the same process.

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days after ordering for a merchandise exchange or a full refund.

You will receive a return ticket for one free return and exchange per order. For every next return and/or exchange within the same order we will charge extra shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange, please email us your required size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have undergone a quality control check.

If we dispatched the wrong item or the item sent was defective, we offer a free return service. In all cases of an exchange we will not charge you extra shipping costs for shipping the item(s) from LaDress to your delivery address the first time. For every next exchange or return within the same order we will charge you extra shipping costs.

The exchange or return value is determined by the last retail price of the garment.

We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.

Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase price.

Include the special monthly gift, also in case of exchanging your order.

Items returned outside the above timeframes are accepted at the discretion of LaDress.

LaDress will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received without a tag, you should notify us (by email) on the same day if you wish to return. We strongly advise you to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.

In order to facilitate the exchange or return of your items, we must receive the return within 14 days from the day of the delivery of the item(s).
In order to exchange or return, you need to fill in the return form, which you can find in the package. Then follow the instructions on the return form. If you wish to exchange, please email us your required size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. 

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include a completed return form. It is recommended that you ship your return via a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that it does not get lost.

We offer a free return service within the European Union, if followed the instructions on the return form. We offer a free return and exchange service one time per order. For every second return and/or exchange within the same order, extra shipping costs will be charged. If the customer decides to return the package in any other way, any and all shipping charges related to returning the package to LaDress must be prepaid. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union.

Exchanges
You can exchange every product for another size, color or model. There are no extra costs involved for exchanging products the first time. For every second return and/or exchange within the same order, extra shipping costs will be charged. If the amount exceeds the original order, you will receive an additional invoice. If the amount is less than the original order, you will be refunded.

Faulty goods
In order to facilitate the exchange or return of faulty items, please fill in the return form. Then follow the instructions on the return form. Faulty items will only be accepted if the delivered goods are damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 3 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Exchanges are possible if the item is available. When possible, items may be repaired on request, but only when such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.

Gifts
In case of returning or exchanging your order always include the special monthly gift. If your order has been received without the additional gift or with a used, washed, worn or defective gift, LaDress has the right to deduct the store value of the gift of the refund of your original order.

Free collection service for countries in the European Union, except The Netherlands.
1. Enclose a copy of your invoice and a completed return form.
2. Wrap your package well and place the UPS Return Label on the outside of the package.
3. Call UPS in order to collect the package.
4. UPS will collect the package at your address.
5. We will send you an email as soon as we have received the package.

Refunds
Refunds will be made within 10 days after your return has been processed. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's creditcard. As previously stated, international custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union.

Once our returns department has received your package, your refund will be processed, using the original form of payment, within 10 weekdays. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction once they have received the information from us.
