Last week I've been to Paris for two days. Most of the time I'm traveling to Paris to discover the best quality fabrics, but this time I went to Paris to get some inspiration. We are slowly beginning to work on the Fall/Winter collection 2012/2013 and it's nice to get out of the daily routine sometimes and go on a short trip to Paris to see what happens in this beautiful city. I took my mother with me, which I think is not only fun, but also very effective: we are a good team when it comes up to work. We went to see how the stores look like, how people on the street look like..It was all so inspiring and I love Paris. Before I went to college, I have lived in Paris for a half year with a friend and it was amazing. This time we were in the Rive Gauche, a neighborhood that I know very well because I have lived there and because I love coming back to this place. Besides walking around, drawing and brainstorming, there's always time for a good breakfast at Les Deux Margots, accompanied by a cute little bird :-). We also had a delicious lunch at Brasserie Lipp. It were two beautiful and inspiring days, where we not only have worked a lot, but also enjoyed the beautiful city of Paris!
