Discovering Hidden Gems - Tyrol

Location: Wattens, Tyrol. This small town would not be of particular significance if not for the Swarovski Crystal Worlds. It is clearly not your usual sightseeing location. The entrance is in the shape of a giant coming out of the mountain side, a cascade falling from his open mouth into a lake below. If that doesn't impress you, inside you will find several rooms, each designed by a different artist. Upon entering, visitors can see the Crystal Planet, a 3-D display relating the history of the world in crystal metaphors. For a unique breathtaking experience, visit the Crystal Cupola where a crystal is reflected in 590 small units. Hang out and drink in the beauty of the surrounding mountains!
