We work with various fabrics such as Italian jersey lycra, lace, silk, wool, cotton, leather and more. At LaDress we care deeply about craftsmanship, quality, style and service. If you are not satisfied after receiving your order or have any questions, we are more than happy to help you. You can either shop by size, color, fabric, style or silhouette using the navigation on the top of the shop. Click on the image to access the product detail page for specific information. Please note that prices shown are in euros, including 21% VAT. LaDress does not handle shipping costs for standard shipments.

• To add a product to your cart, first select your size (if applicable) and click on 'Add to shopping bag'.
• Review the item(s) in your shopping bag by clicking on 'Secure checkout'. You have the option to delete items by clicking on 'Remove'.
• You may click on 'Continue shopping' to continue browsing, or if you are ready to check out, click on 'Secure checkout'.
• Finalize your purchase. For non-registered customers, please register. Make sure you fill out all fields. If you have already registered with us, login using your e-mail address and the password you created for the account.
• Select your preferred payment method. Payment can be made by credit card, iDeal, Maestro, Banktransfer, PayPal or by redeeming a giftvoucher.

To register at LaDress we will need to know your name, e-mail address and telephone number. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address and payment information. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.

For your own security and protection, if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious or out of the ordinary regarding your order, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information.

Besides SSL encryption, PaySquare makes use of 3-D Secure. 3-D Secure represents an extra level of security for you when placing an order. It protects you against misuse of your credit card number, because you confirm your identity first, before you make the payment. Only if you are the legal owner can your credit card be used to make an Internet payment. We take every possible measure to ensure that business partners who receive information from us provide adequate protection for your data.

After you place your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Once your credit has been approved, the receiving address has been verified and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped.

As our customer you can always invoke the right of withdrawal and therefore cancel your order before your order has been shipped by us. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If the order already has been shipped, you can only return or exchange it. Different countries have different sizing systems. In order to simplify things, we have interpreted the various Dutch, German, British, French, Italian, and American sizes into a standardized XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL and system. To find out your size view our size guide. We advise to order one size smaller than usual. If you are unsure about your size, please contact customer service. Should you be unhappy with the fit of a particular purchase, you can return the item or exchange it for a different size. Please follow the instructions listed under our return and exchange policy.

Treat your loved one to a gift you know she'll love. We offer our gift certificates as a digital voucher or printed & beautifully wrapped with special attention for detail.

Giftvouchers are available for purchase from our gift certificate page. Giftvoucher expire one year from the issue date. The giftvoucher code will be written on the voucher in the e-mail notification or on the printed giftvoucher. Enter the giftvoucher code during the checkout process. If the giftvoucher amount exceeds the order total, a new giftvoucher will be e-mailed with the remaining balance to be redeemed on your next purchase.

If you are having any problems redeeming your giftvoucher, please send us an e-mail. Giftvouchers presented after purchase will not be accepted.

Giftvouchers are non-refundable.
