How do I know it will fit?
Different countries have different sizing systems. In order to simplify things, we have interpreted the various Dutch, German, British, French, Italian, and American sizes into a standardized XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL system. To find out your size view our Size chart. Should you be unhappy with the fit of a particular purchase, you can return the item or exchange it for a different size. Please follow the instructions listed under our Return and exchange policy

Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation. Please be aware that even though the product is in your shopping bag, it is not reserved and can be bought by another customer while you are browsing. If an item you are interested in is out-of-stock, please click on the pre-order option on the product page to inform us of your interest.

Is ordering over the internet secure?
Yes. To guarantee that your order is secure and to protect your privacy, LaDress.com employs Secure Sockets Layer v3 (SSL) utilizing 128 bit encryption. Once LaDress receives your order, it is decoded and processed. 

How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. In addition, an e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may also check the status of your order by visiting My account on the menu bar at the top of any page. Once you are signed in to your account using your e-mail address and password, click in the My account menu on Order history to view past orders and current orders that you have placed. From here you can check your order status. Please note that for your security a record of your transaction is kept on LaDress.com: your credit card details are not held on the website.  

How can I modify my order?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make modifications to the order including cancellations.  

How will I know you have received my order?
After you place your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean that your order has been accepted by us. Once your credit has been approved, the receiving address has been verified and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped. You will receive another e-mail notifying you if any of the items you've ordered are not in stock. If this occurs, the full amount of the invoice is returned to your (credit card) account.  

Can I order by phone?
Yes, to order by telephone, please call +31 20 528 5028. One of our staff members is available to help you every weekday from 9 am until 5 pm.

How can I convert foreign currencies?
You can use the currency option in the upper right corner of the Shop

The website is slow in processing my order. What should I do?
We vigilantly monitor our website for errors and performance. First, make sure the problem is not on your end. Second, give it a few minutes and try again. If that doesn't help, send an e-mail to info@ladress.com, and we'll get in touch with you.

Why did you call or e-mail me to verify my order?
For your own security and protection, if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious or out of the ordinary regarding your order, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information.

Giftvouchers
Giftvouchers are a perfect gift! They can be e-mailed to the recipient through our website or printed to give. Giftvouchers are available in several amounts.

How to purchase
Giftvouchers are available for purchase from our giftvoucher page.

How to redeem
The giftvoucher code will be written on the certificate in the e-mail notification or on the printed giftvoucher. Enter the giftvoucher code during the checkout process. If the giftvoucher amount exceeds the order total, a new giftvoucher will be e-mailed with the redeeming balance to be used on future orders.

If you're having any problems redeeming your giftvoucher, please e-mail us. We will not be able to apply a giftvoucher to your purchase after it is completed.

Are the giftvouchers refundable?
No, all giftvouchers are non-refundable.

How long are the giftvouchers good for?
Giftvouchers expire one year from the issue date.
