Free shipping within the European Union
Currently LaDress ships every order within the European Union free of charge. Within the Netherlands your order will be shipped with the standard service of TNT. Outside the Netherlands, but within the European Union, the order will be shipped with the standard service of UPS.
If the shipping destination of your order is outside the European Union, your order will be send with the standard service of UPS. You can find the shipping costs per country here.
Orders
Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery and billing address has been verified. In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter.
During the check out process, you will be asked to select a shipping address for your order. You can ship your order to only one location. We realize that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to. Should you require assistance to do this please e-mail us at shipping@ladress.com and we will gladly handle your order request.
Your order will be delivered to you in our beautiful lilac LaDress box.
LaDress will contact you with a follow-up e-mail if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.
Where do we deliver?
No matter where you are, we can ship products to your location. If your country is not available while placing your order, please contact us via e-mail, shipping@ladress.com.
When do we deliver?
LaDress aims to process and ship all orders within 48 hours.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3.00 PM will begin processing that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 3.00 PM will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3.00 PM will begin processing on the following Monday.
Your order will be delivered between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm.
TNT delivers from Monday to Saturday.
UPS delivers from Monday to Friday.
Our couriers do not deliver on Sundays and/or holidays.
Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays.
You can trace your package by using the track and trace code, which will be provided by e-mail after sending your package.

Insurance
We insure all packages in transit from LaDress to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once the package has been signed for, it is no longer insured.
Please be careful with all the packaging and additional gifts your order has been sent with. Keep it away from children and animals, to avoid suffocation danger. Also keep it away from fire, packaging could be inflammable. LaDress cannot be held responsible for any damage or accidents caused by the packaging and/or additional gifts.
Premier shipping
Alongside the free standard delivery service provided by TNT and UPS, we also offer 'Premier shipping' for an additional fee.
Same day delivery is guaranteed for orders, with a delivery address in the Netherlands, that are placed before 10.30 am on weekdays. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following day.
