Guidelines                                
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. All orders placed after 3 PM will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours thereafter. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM will begin processing on the following Monday. LaDress will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. Delivery time does not include Sundays and/or holidays.
Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has been verified. In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter.
LaDress ships worldwide via TNT. No matter where you are, we can ship products to your location. If your country is not mentioned in one of the lists below and you would like to do a purchase, please contact us via e-mail, shipping@ladress.com. Please note that we do not make any profits on the shipping costs.

Shipping costs, methods and disclosure within the European Union      
When shipping to an address inside of the European Union we have to charge 19% VAT. This is already included in the price we show in the shopping area of LaDress.com. Below are our shipping rates for orders within the European Union. Once you begin the check out process, you will see the actual shipping rate for your order.

Please note; International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping restrictions (P.O. Box/APO)                                                    
We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.

Packaging
Please be careful with all the packaging and additional gifts your order has been sent in and with. Keep it away from children and animals, to avoid suffocation danger. Also keep it away from fire, packaging could be inflammable. LaDress can not be held responsible for any damage or accidents caused by the packaging and/or additional gifts.

Does LaDress ship to multiple adresses?                                              
During the check out process, you will be asked to select a shipping address for your order. You can ship your online order to only one location. We realize that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to. Should you require assistance to do this please e-mail us at shipping@ladress.com and we will gladly handle your order request.

No matter where you are, we can ship products to you. If your country is not shown in the list below and you would like to make a purchase, please send an e-mail to shipping@ladress.com. Please note that we do not make any profit on the shipping costs. In most cases we may even charge less than the actual shipping costs.

How can I expect to receive the goods?                                                   
Your order will be delivered to you in our beautiful lilac LaDress box.

How do I use the free LaDress Collection Service?                                   
The LaDress Collection Service can only be used by customers in the Netherlands, who have placed a dress order. All other orders must be returned via the post office.

1. Report the package as a return via your account.
2. Submit a collection request via shipping@ladress.com.
3. The confirmation you receive will tell you when the package will be collected. 
4. Enclose a copy of your invoice and a completed return form. 
5. Wrap your packet well. 
6. We will send you an e-mail as soon as we have received the package.

How do I make a purchase?

Shop by browsing through our online boutique.

• Click on the image to access the individual item's product page. There you will be given information on sizing and color options. 
• Add an item to your shopping bag by clicking on the Add to bag button near the desired item.
• Once you are done shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your shopping bag by clicking the Check out button on the menu bar at the top of any page. While you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities by modifying the number of items..
• Want to remove items from your shopping bag? Please, click on the remove option to see the adjusted overview.
• Once you are ready to finalize your purchase(s) please go to Shipping details. At this point, if you have not registered with us before, you will need to click on Register to sign up for a new account. If you have already registered with us, simply Sign in using your e-mail address and the password you created for the account.

The merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

To resume shopping after viewing your shopping bag, click the Continue shopping button. Please be aware that even though an item is in your Shopping bag, another customer can still purchase it.
