Shipping & delivery

Currently LaDress ships every order of €100 or more free of charge within the European Union. Within the Netherlands your order will be shipped with the standard service of PostNL. For the rest of the European Union, your order will be sent with PostNL and they hand it over to the local mail order company in that country.

Member countries of the European Union are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

LaDress also ships to countries outside the European Union. Orders outside the European Union will be send with the standard service of UPS. You can find the shipping costs per country below.

We ship orders five days a week. Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery and billing address has been verified.

Orders worth of €100,- or more will be delivered to you in a eco friendly box, unless you choose our iconic LaDress giftbox.

In regards to an outlet purchase, you will receive your purchase in a basic eco friendly box within 3-5 working days - when in stock.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to select a shipping address for your order. You can ship your order to only one location. We realize that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to. Should you require assistance to do this please e-mail us and we will gladly handle your order request.

LaDress will contact you with a follow-up e-mail if the item you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.

LaDress ships worldwide. No matter where you are, we can ship products to your location. If your country is not available while placing your order, please contact us via e-mail.

We ship and deliver orders five days a week. Your order will be delivered between 9 am and 6 pm. PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday and UPS delivers from Monday to Friday. Our couriers do not deliver on Sundays and/or holidays.

You can trace your package by using the track and trace code, which will be provided by email after shipping your package. Is the shipping destination within in the Netherlands? No matter where you are, we can ship products to you. If your country is not shown in the list below and you would like to make a purchase, please send an e-mail. The delivery of outlet purchases might take longer.

We insure all packages in transit from LaDress to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once the package has been signed for, it is no longer insured.

Please be careful with all the packaging and additional gifts your order has been sent with. Keep it away from children and animals, to avoid suffocation danger. Also keep it away from fire, packaging could be inflammable. LaDress cannot be held responsible for any damage or accidents caused by the packaging and/or additional gifts.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
