Receiving a refund

LaDress wants you to be completely happy with your dress(es). If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us.
LaDress guarantees that you will receive your purchase within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed upon. If LaDress exceeds this term of 30 days, you have the right to cancel your purchase without any (additional) costs.
In order to facilitate the exchange or return of your items please e-mail us at returns@ladress.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You will receive a return form. In order to exchange or return you need to fill in this form. Then simply follow the instructions e-mailed to you and detailed below. For returns of faulty items please follow the same process.
- Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days after delivery for a merchandise exchange or a full refund.
- If you wish to exchange, please e-mail us your required size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have undergone a quality control check.
- If we dispatched the wrong item or the item sent was defective, we offer a free return service. In all cases of an exchange we will not charge you extra shipping costs for shipping the item(s) from LaDress to your delivery address.
- The exchange or return value is determined by the last retail price of the garment.
- We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.
- Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase price.
Items returned outside the above timeframes are accepted at the discretion of LaDress.
LaDress will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received without a tag, you should notify us (by e-mail) on the same day if you wish to return. We strongly advise you to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include a completed return form. It is recommended that you ship your return via a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that it does not get lost. Any and all shipping charges related to returning the package to LaDress must be prepaid. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

In order to facilitate the exchange or return of faulty items, please e-mail us at returns@ladress.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You will receive a return form. In order to exchange or return, you need to fill in this form. Then simply follow the instructions e-mailed to you and detailed below. If we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective, we offer a free returns service. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were delivered to the customer damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 3 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Exchanges are possible if the item is available. When possible, items may be repaired on request, but only when such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.
How do I use the free LaDress Collection Service?
The LaDress Collection Service can only be used by customers in the Netherlands.
1. Report the package as a return via My account.
2. Submit a collection request via shipping@ladress.com.
3. The confirmation you receive will tell you when the package will be collected.
4. Enclose a copy of your invoice and a completed return form.
5. Wrap your packet well.
6. We will send you an e-mail as soon as we have received the package.
- TNT collect on business days between 9 am and 9.30 pm to private addresses.
- TNT collect on business days between 9 am and 5 pm to business addresses.
- TNT collect on Saturday between 9 am and 6 pm to private addresses.
Receiving a refund
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Once your package has been received by our returns department, your refund will be processed, using the original form of payment, within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via e-mail, to the address listed on your account, when the transaction has taken place. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction once they have received the information from us.
